Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with experience in a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks. Duties: - Perform mowing, tree care, garden maintenance, and snow plowing duties as needed - Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, planting, and watering - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools - Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Conduct regular lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing - Support the team in various groundskeeping duties to ensure the overall appearance of the property Requirements: - Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices - Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools effectively - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues - Strong work ethic and ability to work in various weather conditions - Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors for extended periods - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the landscaping field
